Please note: the majority of CloseCallsPro repairs come with a one-month warranty, however, there are a few exceptions. Liquid damage related repairs, software repairs and accidental or deliberate damage do not include a warranty.

How long does a typical screen or battery replacement take?
Around 10 mins for a battery replacement and 5 mins to 25 mins for a screen.
Will I lose my personal data when you my repair phone?
Always take a backup of your phone before any repair. Putting different hardware in any phone could cause it to “boot loop”, which in turn would mean it may need a software upgrade.
Do you use Apple screens when replacing faulty ones?
We normally use high quality OEM screens. If your looking for a new Apple screen we can also install this for you. Ask for a price.
Do you use aftermarket components when fixing an issue?
We have a stock of apple components that we refurbish and use, naturally this will be better all round for your device.
Are you able to come to my house to repair my phone as I don’t drive?
Yes, there’s an extra charge depending on your location but we’re happy to accommodate.
What are your opening hours?
We are very flexible and work with you to organise a convenient time to fix your device.
Do you provide a warranty?
One-month warranty on all replacement parts and work carried out. *excluding motherboard and software issues.
